CEO
Pino began his journey with BeaverTails as a franchisee in Montreal from 1988 to 2010, during which he developed the foundational operating systems and training manuals that have evolved into the framework the company uses today. With deep experience in restaurant operations, supplier relations, and the leisure food industry, he brings both strategic vision and practical insight to the business.As CEO, Pino leads the team with a creative and passionate approach, overseeing brand growth, franchise development, and key industry partnerships. His hands-on leadership continues to shape the company’s direction and long-term success.
Creative Director
Tina joined Pino and Anthony Di Ioia’s Franchise Company in 1997 and has been shaping the BeaverTails brand ever since. She leads the creative direction and branding, while also contributing to store design, product development, and sourcing. A thoughtful and driven leader, Tina balances her professional responsibilities with family life and draws creative inspiration from the world around her.
CFO
Anthony has been part of the BeaverTails journey from the early days, co-owning and growing the Montreal franchises alongside Pino Di Ioia. With a background in accounting—and a knack for tech—he introduced systems that brought structure to the business, from POS and inventory to in-house financial reporting. As the CFO, Anthony keeps a close eye on the numbers, balancing big-picture planning with solid day-to-day controls. Detail-oriented and always curious, he stays up to date with the latest technology to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
